Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by region and are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above SGD 35. Occasionally, promotional campaigns may include additional free shipping offers.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Options and Restrictions
We deliver to all areas within the supported countries, including remote locations. Customers may choose between home delivery or self-pickup at designated points where available.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. My Florgen is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
